Resolution designating a portion of Miami-Dade County-owned property as public road right-of-way for West Evergreen Street east of Duval Avenue and Duval Avenue south of West Evergreen Street in Section 32, Township 55 South, Range 40 East, needed for the Perrine Apartments I project. The designation covers approximately 363 feet of West Evergreen Street from Duval Avenue east and approximately 140 feet of Duval Avenue from West Evergreen Street south. The estimated annual maintenance cost is $100. The Transportation Cmte forwarded it to the BCC with a favorable recommendation on 9/9/2026. Agenda date is 10/6/2026. The resolution authorizes the County Mayor or designee to take all actions necessary to effectuate the designation. The existing right-of-way width is 25 feet, and an additional two feet is required to comply with PECUC zoning regulations. The original right-of-way was dedicated in 1904 by the plat of MAP OF PERRINE, and an additional 5 feet was dedicated in 1974 by PERRINE GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 2.
