A resolution designating a portion of Miami-Dade County-owned property as public road right-of-way for West Evergreen Street east of Duval Avenue and Duval Avenue south of West Evergreen Street in Section 32, Township 55 South, Range 40 East. The designation is needed to comply with Perrine Community Urban Center (PECUC) zoning requirements for the redevelopment of the adjacent Perrine Apartments I project. The right-of-way is for West Evergreen Street from Duval Avenue east for approximately 363 feet and for Duval Avenue from West Evergreen Street south for approximately 140 feet.
