Ordinance amending Section 33C-2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to add certain private properties to the Metromover Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone. The properties are located at 407 NE 17 Terrace (Folio 01-3231-003-0690), 1771 and 1783 NE 4 Avenue (Folio 01-3231-003-0670), and 1795 NE 4 Avenue (Folio 01-3231-003-0660). The owner requested inclusion. Adopted on first reading on 6/16/2026, forwarded to BCC with favorable recommendation following a public hearing on 9/9/2026, and scheduled for second reading on 10/6/2026. No public comment was made at the hearing.
