The City of Mount Dora is considering a Developer's Agreement with G3 Sky, LLC for a property located at 1649 Lincoln Avenue. This agreement concerns the installation of a decentralized wastewater treatment unit on approximately 4.92 acres. The property is planned for three buildings totaling 75,072 square feet for light industrial uses, as established by Ordinance 2025-09. This project is currently under review by the City Council. The scope of work involves the installation and operation of a temporary decentralized wastewater treatment unit, with a future requirement to decommission this unit and connect to the City's sewer system within five years or one year after WWTP2 capacity becomes available. This project will require site preparation, utility installation for the temporary treatment unit, and eventual connection to the city's main sewer lines. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers in construction, utilities, and site preparation could find opportunities by engaging early before final plans and permits are issued.
