The City Council will consider approving meeting minutes from previous sessions, including the June 8, 2026, and July 6, 2026, City Council Budget Workshop minutes, and the July 7, 2026, City Council Regular Session minutes. The City Council will receive a presentation on the Stormwater Revenue Sufficiency Study by Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. The study evaluates the financial condition of the City's Stormwater Utility Fund, assessing if current revenues are sufficient for operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, capital improvements, and long-term sustainability.
