The Juniper Townhomes project is currently under review. The applicant has resubmitted plans for a subdivision. This project will involve site clearing and grading, followed by underground utility work and paving. Vertical construction, including framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, will then commence. The final phases will include interior and exterior finishes and landscaping. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early, before site plans, bids, and permits are finalized, to understand the scope and potential opportunities this development presents.
