Other action items included approval of the draft FY 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Program (File Number MPO26-0153), an amendment to the FY2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (Project 402397-2, File Number MPO26-0150), the Final Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 (File Number MPO26-0138), the Consolidated Planning Grant (CPG) FY 2027 - FY 2028 (File Number MPO26-0144), the Florida DOT Joint Certification Review Report (File Number MPO26-0130), the Active Transportation Letter (File Number MPO26-0162), the Pasco County Safety Action Plan Update (File Number MPO26-0147), the Safety Action Plan Vision Zero Resolution (File Number MPO26-0159), and the Tampa Bay MPO Regional Merger Board Apportionment (File Number MPO26-0152). Status reports were presented on the Transportation Resiliency Improvement Plan, Freight Plan, and Active Transportation Plan. Public comment procedures were outlined, allowing citizens to address the Board on any topic within its jurisdiction for up to three minutes.
