The Board of County Commissioners met to review several proposals for future local projects. Several new developments are under review, including commercial and mixed-use projects at Main Street and Oak Avenue, a 10.5-acre mixed-use development at 12500 134th Avenue North, and a 200-unit apartment project near Ulmerton Road and 66th Street North. Other opportunities may arise from utility infrastructure work, public works projects, and a proposed civic building in Largo. The Board also approved improvements for the BayCare Ballpark Stadium Facility and funding for affordable housing at Brentwood Townhomes.
