The Seminole County Planning and Zoning Commission met to discuss upcoming projects. Several development proposals were reviewed, including a new apartment complex at State Road 436 and Red Bug Road, and a single-family home subdivision on Alafaya Trail. A rezone for a car dealership at Camp Road and West State Road 426 was also considered. These projects may create future work for land clearing, grading, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, civil engineers, surveyors, and building material suppliers.
