A church is planned to have vehicular access from both CR 246S and NW 20th Drive. No more than two entry points will be allowed on NW 20th Drive. The church will pay for the design, permitting, construction, improvement, and upkeep of these access drives and any related road work. This work must ensure that emergency vehicles, like fire trucks, can safely use the access points and roadways. This item is currently under review.
