This item concerns a proposed agreement between Center Hill and the Sheriff's office to vest municipal police powers. Center Hill plans to grant the Sheriff and deputies the authority to perform law enforcement services within Center Hill. This agreement is not intended to eliminate the Center Hill Police Department, as Center Hill can resume its own law enforcement duties.
