Public comment for Fisherman's Cove included objections from Lance Babington (adjacent property owner at 12100 Lane Park Road) requesting deferral to research a property boundary and title issue involving an access strip and the proposed third access point; and from attorneys Giselle Fiestan and Alan Sheppard of Greenberg Traurig, representing Lookout Mountain Investment Company and William Powell, requesting a continuance and citing concerns about setbacks, buffers, stormwater runoff, water and wastewater capacity, landscape buffering, open space requirements, and a potential title dispute.
