A developer has applied to the City of Wildwood for a Planned Development. The specific lands involved are described in Exhibit A. This application is currently under review by the city. If approved, this project could lead to site clearing and grading, followed by underground utility work, paving, and the construction of new structures. Various contractors, suppliers, and service providers, including general contractors, excavators, concrete and paving companies, plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and material suppliers, could find opportunities.
