[5961 Ridgewood Avenue, 111 Abby Lane, 721 Horseman Dr., 730 Sheldon Cir., 532 Orange Avenue, 1292 Harms Way; case 26-0990, 26-1012, 25-3047, 26-0011, 25-3153, 26-0525] CEB Case No. 26-0990: Ponce Inlet 4940 LLC, located at 5961 Ridgewood Avenue, was found in violation for issues related to solid waste, garbage, junk, undergrowth, and outside storage of equipment. The property owner was ordered to remove all trash, debris, and improperly stored items, including roll-off containers, by May 31, 2026. A daily fine of $250.00 will be imposed for non-compliance. Costs of $56.81 were awarded to the City. CEB Case No. 26-1012: William A. Busi, located at 111 Abby Lane, was cited for garbage, junk, undergrowth, and property cleanliness. The property owner has until May 29, 2026, to cut and maintain grass and weeds under 10 inches. A daily fine of $100.00 will be imposed for non-compliance. Costs of $50.03 were awarded to the City. CEB Case No. 26-0011: Barile John Joseph, Jr., located at 730 Sheldon Cir., was found in non-compliance for property maintenance and unsafe structures. A daily fine of $100.00 was awarded from April 8, 2026, to April 25, 2026, totaling $1,800.00, plus abatement costs of $6,500.00 and mailing/recording costs of $107.46, resulting in a lien of $8,407.46. CEB Case No. 25-3153: Dennis ODonnell, located at 532 Orange Avenue, was found in non-compliance for property maintenance, stopping/standing/parking violations. A daily fine of $100.00 was awarded beginning May 12, 2026, to accrue until compliance, plus mailing and recording costs of $118.54, resulting in a lien of $118.54.
