Eva Brooks stated she slept through the event and her daughter Kanisha stated they did not allow overflow cars to park on their property and spent the evening chasing people off their property. Ms. Bowman stated she was moving and the dog would no longer be wandering. Special Master Hawkins ordered staff costs of $176.36, a $100 fee for the first offense, and a $5 training fee, totaling $277.36 to be paid within 30 days. The respondents testified they were working on training the dog and there have been no problems since. Special Master Hawkins found there to be no violation at this time and assigned no fees or fines to the Respondent. This is a repeat case with previous SCAS case numbers #3885 and #3667. Officer Christopher McDaniel testified.
