[101 Church Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741-5054; case Resolution #13-2026 (for ethics code suspension), Resolution #14-2026 (for Charter Referendum)] The City Commission approved a temporary suspension of Kissimmee Code, Chapter 30 – Personnel, Article II – Code of Ethics, Sec. 30-25. The motion carried 3-2. Public comment included concerns about KPD officer response, public safety, code enforcement against artisans' tents, noise ordinance enforcement, and opposition to food trucks. The Consent Agenda was approved 4-1. Item 7.E, a New Construction Agreement for 219 N Randolph, was approved as part of the consent agenda.
