The City of Ocoee is reviewing Phase 2 of a utility project that involves significant underground infrastructure work. This phase includes installing approximately 1,650 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer pipe and about 400 linear feet of 12-inch PVC forcemain, along with nine new manholes and several PVC stub outs. The project also calls for installing around 2,900 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main. Work will involve connecting to existing water mains and manholes, adding hydrants and valves, pressure testing, and restoring roadways, driveways, curbs, and landscaping. This project is currently under review, offering an early opportunity for contractors. The scope includes site preparation, underground utility installation, pipe fitting, testing, and extensive site restoration.
