The City of Ormond Beach is planning for the design and construction of Segment 1. This project will follow material standards shown in Exhibit "D" of the Development Agreement and will meet all City of Ormond Beach and Florida Department of Transportation "Green Book" standards. This item is currently planned and under review. The project will involve site clearing and grading, underground utility work, and road paving. It will also include vertical framing and structure, mechanical and finish trades, and final landscaping. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to reach out early to learn more about this upcoming project. Engaging now, before site plans, bids, and permits are finalized, offers the best opportunity to compete for work.
