The City Council also approved awarding a contract to Danus Utilities to repair a 10-inch sanitary force main at The Luminary Apartments – Palm Crossing, with Florida Flow Control providing an insert-a-valve. The City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance No. 2026-05, relating to micromobility devices and e-bikes, with amendments including unregistered low-speed vehicles and golf carts, a speed of 5 mph for overtaking pedestrians, and a maximum speed of 15 mph. The City Council approved a Reimbursement Agreement for Lennar Corp. for the Avenue West development's sanitary sewer and water service extension, involving upgrading pipes from four-inch to six-inch.
