The City Commission approved several items including the Consent Agenda with amendments, board appointments for the Winter Park Housing Authority, and an ordinance amending the Land Development Code for detached single-family dwelling units. They also amended the fee schedule for plat review and right-of-way/easement vacations. Two ordinances regarding communications facilities and street construction/repair in public rights-of-way were removed at the request of staff. The meeting adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
