[Brownsville Community] The Board will authorize staff to begin the due diligence process for the acquisition of properties in the Brownsville Community, identified as potential locations for a community park and additional space near the proposed Brownsville Incubator Site. This includes title search, appraisals, inspections, and environmental assessments. [6020 Enterprise Drive] The Board will authorize staff to proceed with due diligence for the acquisition of real property at 6020 Enterprise Drive for the Supervisor of Elections Office. This includes a title search, appraisals (with a waiver for a second appraisal, requiring an appraisal review), inspections, and environmental assessments. A Letter of Intent will be sent if the property passes due diligence. [Pearl Avenue, southern end of Midtown Commerce Park] The Board will authorize staff to begin establishing a new Fire Services Training Facility on Pearl Avenue at the southern end of the Midtown Commerce Park. This includes site preparation activities such as clearing and grubbing, general housekeeping, and other ancillary tasks. [318 Sunset Avenue] The Board will ratify the cancellation of a Residential Rehab Grant Program Lien for Jennifer L. Strickland at 318 Sunset Avenue, as the grant recipient has met their two years of compliance. The lien is for a window replacement project costing $5,194. [417 Oakfield Lane, 4420 Chantilly Way, 201 South Merrit Street, 2980 Blue Star Avenue] The Board will ratify the approval of four Residential Improvement Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements. These include: Mary H. Gulley at 417 Oakfield Lane for roof replacement ($9,765); Kanika Caron Kennedy at 4420 Chantilly Way for exterior door replacement ($2,737); Loc Duong and Rachel Bismark at 201 South Merrit Street for roof replacement ($5,307); and William D. Rabon and Margaret M. Rabon at 2980 Blue Star Avenue for HVAC conversion ($9,340). [Town of Century] The Board will approve a Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement with Pensacola State College (PSC) for a youth program, PSC Kids' College, in the Town of Century, with a purchase order of $15,000. [Ferry Pass Community Center, Atwood CRA] The Board will authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Security Engineering, Inc. for the purchase and installation of security cameras at the Ferry Pass Community Center in the Atwood CRA, for $99,717.24, using Contract #C24-3978-AP. [8110 Imperial Court; case PD 25-26.055] The Board will approve a SHIP Demo and Reconstruction Agreement and a Purchase Order to Design Home Builders, Inc. for rehabilitation at 8110 Imperial Court, in the amount of $67,160, under solicitation PD 25-26.055. This project is located in District 2. [case SBA-26049] The Board will approve a Supplemental Budget Amendment #SBA-26049 for $540,884 to allocate funds from Children's Trust Funds for youth development programs and summer youth intern employment programs. [Bayou Chico; case FWC Agreement #25291] The Board will approve and ratify an agreement with the State of Florida, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the removal of the derelict vessel 'Home Free' (FL2321TL) located in Bayou Chico, in the amount of $6,535. A supplemental budget amendment will also be adopted to recognize these funds.
