[SW 56th Place, SW 44th Avenue] Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners approved a new lease agreement for a dump truck with Truckworx. The new lease is for $225,000 with a guaranteed buyback amount of $202,500. The Board also approved the Resolution for the Limited Maintenance Agreement for SW 56th Place and approved necessary repairs to SW 44th Avenue for safety and emergency vehicle access. Additionally, the Board approved the Septic System bid for the Animal Control facility.
