The proposed ballot question would establish a Boundary Commission to review and make recommendations on municipal boundary changes and incorporations, replacing the Planning Advisory Board's role, and set new procedures and requirements for petitions, public hearings, and approvals, including specific thresholds for elector and non-residential property owner consent, and a collective three-year review process. A scrivener's error was corrected on 7/9/2026, changing a reference from Resolution No. R-255-24 to Resolution No. R-225-24.
