Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and Qualified Service Organization Agreement with Airojen Center, Corp., d/b/a Comprehensive Psychiatric Center (CPC). CPC will provide behavioral health counseling, toxicology and infectious disease screenings, supportive services, and storage/administration of Methadone for individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) at the New Direction Residential Treatment Facility. The agreement is for an initial two-year term with three one-year renewal options. The scope is countywide, with services localized to the New Direction facility.
