Resolution approving the First Amendment to a Land Exchange Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the District Board of Trustees of Miami-Dade College. The College conveys 48,102 square feet (College Parcel, portion of Folio No. 01-3135-106-0010) to the County for use by the Public Health Trust, in exchange for the County conveying 48,456 square feet (County Parcel, portion of Folio No. 01-3135-061-0010) to the College. The amendment removes the closing condition requiring the Public Health Trust to complete environmental remediation and obtain a DERM Letter, modifies the environmental remediation provision, modifies the closing date definition, and adds a post-closing cooperation obligation.
