Annual operations cost impact is $50,000.00 and annual maintenance cost impact is $50,000.00. The project has a life expectancy of 50 years. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to manage the contract under the Consent Decree and Capital Improvement Programs Acceleration Ordinance, Section 2-8.2.12, and may execute change orders not exceeding ten percent of the base contract amount.
