CEI SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE UNDERLINE

The Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-641-26 (File Number 260966) on July 21, 2026, authorizing Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services for The Underline Phase 3, Segments 3 to 9. The CEI contract was originally approved on April 4, 2023, pursuant to Resolution No. R-294-23. The design-build contract is with NV2A Central Joint Venture.
