CHANGE ORDER #1 WITH RIC-MAN INTERNATIONAL S-945

Change Order No. 1 includes $2,439,364.31 in additional costs, offset by a $56,150.00 Value Engineering credit and reallocation of $720,899.14 in unused Contract funds. The interconnection between the 60-inch force main and the existing 72-inch pipeline has not been completed and will be performed under a separate contract.
