Resolution calling a countywide special election in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to be held in conjunction with the General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to submit to electors the question of whether to amend the Home Rule Charter to expand allowable advertising within parks. The amendment would remove the requirement that advertising in parks must be related to sponsorship of events or facilities, provided advertising does not unreasonably impair public use or damage the park, and any revenue generated be for the exclusive use of the park system.
