Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-663-26 (File Number 261293) on July 21, 2026, approving a license agreement with the City of Homestead for use of the parking lot at Harris Field Park, 1034 N.E. 8 Street, Homestead, Florida, for the temporary placement and operation of a mobile spay/neuter clinic by the Miami-Dade Animal Services Department for $1.00 per year.
