Resolution approving a license agreement between Miami-Dade County and the City of Homestead for use of the parking lot at Harris Field Park, 1034 N.E. 8 Street, Homestead, Florida, for operation of a spay/neuter mobile unit by the Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department for $1.00 per year. Adopted on 7/21/2026. The license term is one year with two one-year renewal options at the City's option. The City is responsible for utility costs. The mobile clinic will be open to the public three times per week. The agreement was previously approved by the City Council via Resolution No. R2026-05-98.
