Prior redevelopment under RAD failed. Public meetings with residents were held on November 28, 2018, December 4, 2018, August 5, 2022, July 29, 2020 (virtual), and July 25, 2023. The Housing Committee forwarded to BCC with a favorable recommendation on 6/9/2026.
