The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-610-26 (File Number 261252) on July 21, 2026, approving a Development Lease Agreement between Miami-Dade County, as landlord, and MQ TMB Holdings, LLC, as tenant and developer, for a 310,026 square foot parcel of land at Miami Executive Airport (TMB). The lease is for an initial term of 25 years with one five-year renewal option. The development includes aviation hangar facilities, a taxi lane, and ancillary infrastructure, with a minimum investment of $7,000,000.00 and an estimated $6,372,695.00 in projected revenue to the County over the initial term. The project is a two-phase development including a full-service FBO terminal, three aircraft hangars (two 30,000 SF and one 15,000 SF), fuel facilities, concession areas, parking, storage, maintenance and repair, office space, and a flight training school.
