Ordinance amending Section 24-34 of the Code of Miami-Dade County to establish a loan program for environmental remediation using utility service fee monies. The program is limited to County-owned properties (including those under long-term lease) or properties County-owned prior to January 1, 2025, and requires the property to be 10 acres or larger.
