Ordinance creating the Harmony Homes Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida, generally bounded on the north by Theoretical SW 325 Street, on the east by SW 194 Avenue, on the south by SW 328 Street (Lucy Street), and on the west by SW 197 Avenue (Richard Road), located in Section 14, Township 57 South, Range 38 East, Miami-Dade County, Florida (a.k.a. Harmony Homes, Tentative Plat #T-25203), being the S of the SW of the SW of Section 14, Township 57 South, Range 38 East, less the NW thereof, within Commission District 9.
