Resolution approving the issuance of up to $100,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to be loaned to Redwood CP Holdings II, LLC, to finance a portion of the costs of the development of a multifamily housing rental project known as Claude Pepper Phase II, located on an approximately 5.2 acre site at 1255-1525 NW 135th Street, North Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project will preserve or provide approximately 255 units of rental housing for persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The resolution was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. A deferral was requested by Commissioner Bastien on 7/20/2026 to no date certain, but the final action was adoption. The public hearing held by the Authority on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
