Resolution approving issuance of up to $100,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, loaned to Redwood CP Holdings II, LLC, for the Claude Pepper Phase II multifamily rental project at 1255-1525 NW 135th Street, North Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 5.2 acre site, preserving or providing approximately 255 units of rental housing for low, moderate or middle income persons or families. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. A deferral was requested by Commissioner Bastien on 7/20/2026 to no date certain, but the final action was adoption. The public hearing held by the HFA on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
