Resolution approved authorizing the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County to issue multifamily housing revenue debt obligations not exceeding $32,680,000, with proceeds loaned to Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., for acquisition and rehabilitation of the Colony Lakes multifamily rental project at 1500 East Mowry Drive, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 15 acre site, preserving or providing approximately 220 units of rental housing for low, moderate, or middle income persons or families. The Board of County Commissioners adopted the resolution on 7/21/2026. The public hearing disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by September of 2026.
