Resolution adopted on 7/21/2026 approving issuance of up to $32,680,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, loaned to Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., for acquisition and rehabilitation of the Colony Lakes multifamily rental project at 1500 East Mowry Drive, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 15 acre site, preserving or providing approximately 220 units of rental housing for low, moderate, or middle income persons or families. The public hearing on June 17, 2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by September 2026.
