The project is located at 1500 East Mowry Drive, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 15 acre site, preserving or providing approximately 220 units of rental housing for low, moderate, or middle income persons or families. The borrower is Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., a New York limited partnership. The resolution was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2026. The public hearing disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by September of 2026.
