Resolution adopted on 7/21/2026 approving issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC, for acquisition and construction of a multifamily rental project known as Liberty Renaissance, located at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 1.91 acre site, providing approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The public hearing on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
