Project is approximately 1.91 acres at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. Public hearing held by the Authority on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. Series 2026 Bonds expected to be issued by October 2026.
