The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-600-26 approving the plat of Verdana East, filed by TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 2, LLC. The plat is located in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, bounded on the north by SW 212 Street, on the east approximately 100 feet west of SW 125 Path, on the south approximately 615 feet north of SW 216 Street, and on the west by SW 127 Avenue.
