LAP AGREEMENTS FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution ratifying two Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Safe Routes to School improvements. The agreements are FM Nos. 447597-1-38-01 for North Miami Beach Senior High School ($96,229) and 447600-1-38-01 for Homestead Middle School ($172,524). The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute contracts, agreements, and amendments related to these funds.
