Resolution authorizing a no-cost Memorandum of Understanding between Miami-Dade County through the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department (MDFR) and the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County for Advance Tactical Medical (ATM) Training at the Ryder Trauma Center for all MDFR paramedics, with priority for Urban Search and Rescue Florida Task Force 1 and Special Response Team members.
