Resolution removing the public road right-of-way designation from a portion of Miami-Dade County-owned property at the intersection of NW 9 Avenue and Bob Hope Road, south of NW 15 Street, in the City of Miami, Section 35, Township 53 South, Range 41 East. The property was designated as public road right-of-way for Highland Park Drive (also known as Bob Hope Road) by Resolution No. R-942-79 on July 17, 1979. The removal will enable the County to sell the parcel at full market value to the University of Miami, which seeks to acquire it in conjunction with redevelopment of adjacent properties.
