This document is a legislative report to the Board of County Commissioners analyzing CBO services funding, in response to Resolution No. R-1174-25 and Directive No. 252463. The report analyzes the competitive CBO grant application process (CBO2425) and the performance and funding of 117 legacy community-based organizations. The competitive process received 518 applications requesting a cumulative total of $124,631,734, with anticipated funding of $15,441,400, and was cancelled prior to final awards due to FY 2025-26 budget constraints.
