Resolution adopted on 7/21/2026 authorizing execution of an amended and restated county deed for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc., granting a two-year extension from recording of the amended deed to construct, complete, and sell single family homes to qualified homebuyers through the Infill Housing Program, for five County-owned properties with Folio Nos. 10-7813-036-0200, 10-7813-004-0420, 10-7813-004-0425, 30-6912-008-1120, and 30-6912-008-0430. The prior extension expired on 3/27/2026. Palmetto Homes submitted a request on 10/6/2025 to the County Commissioner of District 9 for a further extension. The resolution also authorizes the County Mayor or designee to enforce deed provisions, exercise reversionary interest, receive a deed back if the developer fails to comply, and ensure signage on the properties.
