Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution R-618-26, as amended, authorizing a lease agreement between Miami-Dade County as tenant and Three Super Sisters Corporation as landlord for premises at 12750 NW 17 Street, Unit 112, Sweetwater, Florida, and an assignment and assumption of lease to the State of Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade County Health Department (DOH). The premises will be used by DOH as administrative office space for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) at no cost to the County. The lease term is three years plus one three-year option to renew.
