Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution R-618-26 (File Number 252276) on 7/21/2026, authorizing a lease agreement between Miami-Dade County as tenant and Three Super Sisters Corporation as landlord for premises at 12750 NW 17 Street, Unit 112, Sweetwater, Florida (Folio No: 25-3935-025-0120), and an assignment and assumption of lease agreement to the State of Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade County Health Department (DOH). The total fiscal impact to the Assignee for the initial year is $67,689.50, comprising base rent of $44,990.04 (approximately $22.00 per square foot), $20,450.00 in Common Area Maintenance charges, and $2,249.50 in lease management fee. Annual base rent increases by four percent annually. The current lease for the Assignee is at 11865 SW 26 Street (Coral Way) Unit J-2 and J-6, valid until December 31, 2028, with intent to terminate it. The motion was passed by a vote of 12-0 (Commissioner Hardemon was absent).
